At Coco Papaya, a large part of the decorative objects we offer on our online store are handcrafted creations entirely by hand.
In terms of aesthetics, handcrafted creations are very qualitative, and even very rewarding for your decoration! But as each piece is unique (none of our many craftsmen has ever managed to make exactly the same object twice!), slight differences in appearance compared to the model presented in the shop, and sometimes slight imperfections are possible.
We carry out a rigorous quality control before each shipment: non-conforming items are downgraded. Thanks to this procedure, Coco Papaya guarantees you a high level of quality for all the items offered in the shop, including handmade creations.
However, if your order is not particularly urgent, perhaps you will prefer to choose your decorative object from the photo before it is sent to you?

All items in this category are eligible for the free "I choose my decoration on photo" option. They are also recognizable by the "camera" pictogram visible near the images, on the descriptive page of each product.
Among these products is the one entitled "Free option: I choose my decoration on photo" at the price of zero Euro. Add this product to your cart and then finalize your order.
We will contact you within 24 working hours after receiving payment for your order, by Whatsapp, email or SMS, and send you photos of 1-3 models of the eligible items in your order (depending on available stock).
Then all you have to do is reply to our message by telling us which model you choose!
As soon as we receive your response, we proceed to prepare and ship your package and a few days later, you will receive precisely the model you have chosen in the photo. Magic! The disappointment when the package was unpacked: never again!

If you don't like the products we offer in photos, we won't ship your package until we find a solution with you. Here are the possible solutions in this situation:

If it does not appear in your order, we will ship you items that have been randomly selected from our stock and have passed our quality checks.
