What is a roll-on?
The roll-on comes in the form of a small glass bottle with a capacity of around 10ml (sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less). The bottle is usually closed with a screw-on cap. Once the cap is removed, there is a small metal ball embedded in an axis that allows it to rotate freely 360° in all directions.
When the bottle is rotated to put it "upside down", the liquid it contains moistens the metal ball. All you have to do is slide the metal ball over your skin to gently spread a very thin layer of essential oils. This practice has 2 benefits simultaneously:
