Shopping at Coco Papaya : easy and secure payments
By purchasing on the Coco-Papaya.com site, you benefit from the latest online payment technologies that comply with international interbank regulations.
The accepted currencies are :
- The Euro (€ - EUR): for all payment methods
- The Swiss franc (CHF): only for payments with Paypal (via Paypal account or credit card)
- The Polish Zloty (PLN): for payments via Przelewy24 and Paypal (via Paypal account or credit card)
- The Swedish krona (SEK): only for payments with Paypal (with or without a PayPal account)
Payments are made at the time of the order in installments of up to 4 monthly installments depending on the payment method chosen.

Don't have a credit card or Paypal account? Choose bank transfer and pay for your order easily from your banking app or at an agency.
Our bank details (IBAN) are communicated to you at the time of the order if you choose this payment method.

How does it work ?
Payment by credit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express (only in Euros)
These payment methods are managed and secured by our partners Payplug and Paypal. We only accept payments in Euros.
The 3D-Secure protocol (also called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) can be applied during the transaction and allows you to benefit from advanced protection for your online purchases thanks to an authentication system.
After validating your credit card numbers, a 3D-Secure window managed by your bank appears on the screen. By entering a specific authentication code for each bank (most of the time this code is sent to you via SMS) you will verify that you are actually the holder of the card used for the payment. This authentication code is sometimes replaced by a validation to be performed on your bank's smartphone application.
After this verification, your payment will be validated and your transaction finalised.
Please note: when placing your order, check that you can receive the authentication SMS or that you have access to your banking application to validate the transaction, otherwise it will be refused.
Payment with Paypal (all currencies accepted)
PayPal is a secure payment method that allows you to quickly pay for your purchases without sharing your credit card numbers with merchant sites. You must have a Paypal account or create one to benefit from this free service.
If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still choose to pay with this partner. You will then need to enter your credit card numbers and run the 3D-secure protocol explained above.
Payments with Paypal are possible in all currencies accepted by Coco Papaya, by credit card or Paypal account.
If you wish to pay in Swiss Francs or in a currency other than Euros, Paypal is the payment method we recommend because it is currently the only one that accepts credit card payments in CHF, PLN and SEK.
Payments in 4 free installments with Paypal Pay Later (in Euros and only for France)

Payment by bank transfer (only in Euros)
Payments by bank transfer are made in full at the time of the order and only in Euros.
During the ordering process, on the payment method selection page, select "Bank Transfer" then confirm. You will then have 10 days to send your payment by transfer to the Coco Papaya bank account (references communicated on the order validation page and in a summary email). After this time, your order will be cancelled.
Your order will be validated and processed upon receipt of the bank transfer. A confirmation email will then be sent to you.
IMPORTANT: when paying by bank transfer, the delivery time for your order is extended by a period corresponding to the time your transfer is received and processed.
Payment by store credit (all currencies)
Have you canceled or returned an order and requested a refund in the form of a voucher ? This payment method is the easiest to use!
Voucher are subject to only one condition (their validity date = 1 year, renewable upon request) and can be used for any order on our site.
