The Obsidian in Lithotherapie.

Obsidian, mystic stone, is traditionally connected to the worlds of esotericism and spirituality. Very magnetic, it is considered as one of the stones the most powerful of the lithotherapie.

There are several varieties of obsidians, which have in common to be in dark tones. Some examples : obsidian black (very close to the onyx), obsidian "snowflake" (speckled gray), the "tear of the apache" (brown and semi-translucent), the "mahogany" (mahogany-colored), or even the variety "rainbow" or "heavenly eye" with iridescent reflections.

Virtues and benefits of the stone obsidian.

The practitioners of the lithotherapie grant mystical powers that are very powerful in the obsidian : it would act as a shield against all forms of negative energies, and reputed to keep away the evil eye. This stone would, therefore, be particularly recommended to delicate persons mentally, because it offers them a

How to cleanse and recharge the stone obsidian?

Obsidian is compatible with all the techniques of purification and reloading, but does not need to reproduce these operations frequently (2 to 3 times per year should be sufficient).
To cleanse your jewelry or stones rolled in obsidian, for example, you can dip them for a few hours in water (ideally demineralized or slightly salty), and then wipe dry with a clean cloth.
To recharge your energy, expose them to the light of the sun for 2 to 3 hours. Obsidian can also be recharged when it is placed on a cluster of rock crystal or amethyst.
