The scrub has become an essential ritual of the facial and body care routine. Its granular texture delicately polishes the epidermis to rid it of dead skin and other impurities. An effective scrub will purify and rejuvenate the skin deeply, but also bring it softness and suppleness.
It is generally recommended to practice the exfoliation rather in the evening, after the toilet, directly with the palm of the hands, or with an exfoliating glove (glove of Kessa or horsehair glove for example), to increase the effectiveness. Be careful not to scrub too hard to avoid irritating the skin!
The scrub must then be followed by rinsing with warm water, then ideally a moisturizing and repairing care that will protect and regenerate the skin: this may be organic shea butter, a balm, a cream or a moisturizing lotion, that you will select according to your skin type.
