Our delivery rates and the free delivery threshold vary depending on the type of item in your basket because we use different carriers according to the size of the packages.
To know the delivery costs of your order, determine to which category belongs the largest item of your order among the following 4 categories:
- small items (deliverable in an envelope)
- standard items
- bulky items
- oversize items
Then refer to the corresponding section below. For each type of item, you will know the purchase amount to reach in order to obtain free delivery.
1 - small items
Are called "small items" all products deliverable in an envelope, which measure less than 3cm thick and weigh less than 250 grams. These are mainly jewelry, fashion accessories, small crystals and lithotherapy tumbled stones.

2 - standard items
"Standard items" are products generally measuring less than 60cm (for their longest side) and/or weighing less than 15Kg. This category includes most of the products in our catalog, with the exception of bulky and oversized items.

When will I receive my order ?
We process and ship your orders daily from our warehouse located in the North of France
- All orders placed before 9 a.m. are dispatched the same day (except Saturday and Sunday)
- The delivery time depends on the carrier chosen. The fastest delivers on D+1 in France and on D+3 in Europe!
- An estimated delivery date is communicated during the ordering process. For each product in our shop, you know in advance the available carriers and the expected delivery date.
- When your package has been shipped, you can track it on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided to you by email.

Deliveries of large parcels are sometimes impossible on the islands or in certain hard-to-reach areas. In such a situation, it is possible that no carrier is available to finalize your order online. Do not hesitate to contact us and we will study the question with you.

We have a lot of experience in sending fragile items and know how to protect them well, but to avoid any unpleasant surprises, be careful at the time of delivery.
Remember to always check your package and its contents in the presence of the delivery person (unless delivery to a parcel shop).
