With Coco Papaya, returns are cheap and easy!

We provide you with a low-cost return label so that you can easily return any item that does not suit you.

What are the return conditions?

  • You can return any item from your order that meets the conditions below, up to 15 days after the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be new, unopened, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • If you paid shipping costs for your order, they will be refunded to you in proportion to the number of items returned (except for "Premium" shipments which remain entirely the responsibility of the customer).

  • Not eligible for return : downgraded or second-hand items, custom-made items, and items ordered with a professional account.

How to do it? How much does it cost?

  • It's simple: access the return request form below. After receiving and studying your request, we will send you a prepaid return label that you just need to print and stick on the return package. You can then drop off the package at your local post office or at a parcel relay near you.

  • Do you live in mainland France, Luxembourg or Belgium? The return label will cost you only €5 for an order of small or standard items (on estimate for bulky or oversized items). The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you live in another country bordering France (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom), the return label is offered to you at only €7 for an order of small or standard items (on estimate for bulky or oversized items). The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

  • Are you a resident of Switzerland or another country? Contact our customer service who will provide you with a free quote for your prepaid return label.

  • Would you prefer to send us your return package with a carrier of your choice? This is also possible, just let us know when requesting the return. The initial shipping costs will be refunded to you in proportion to the number of items returned, when your return package is processed (except for "Premium" shipments which remain entirely the responsibility of the customer).

To submit a return request now...

Please provide us with the following information :

  • References of the order and products to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Desired method: exchange for another product, voucher or refund
  • Photos of the product and its packaging for transport if you received a damaged or non-compliant item

And then?

Within 2 business days of receiving your request, we will respond to you by email and provide you with the following:

  • Notification of acceptance or refusal of your return request.
  • If accepted, the transport label to be printed and affixed to the return package.
  • And possibly other instructions necessary for the smooth running of the return.

Finally, within 5 working days following the date of receipt of your return package, we will have done what is necessary and will confirm the details of the processing of your return in accordance with your request (voucher, exchange or refund).
