Return request

Free & easy returns up to 15 days after delivery :

  • You can return any item of your order up to 15 days after the date of delivery. We will proceed to the refund of returned items within 3 working days after receipt of the return parcel.
  • Coco Papaya can provide you with a prepaid return label at the single price of 7€ (if you live in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Portugal - or upon quote for other countries). You will need to print this label and then to drop off the return parcel at your local post agency, or at a store near you.
  • The prepaid return label is not mandatory. You can return a parcel by your own means if better for you.
  • If you have paid shipping costs for your order, they will be refunded in proportion to the number of returned items.
  • Any return request must be priorly submitted to Coco Papaya. Please click on the button below to submit your return request.

Within 48 hours after receipt of your request, we will respond to you by email and provide you with the following :

  • Notification of acceptance or rejection of your return request.
  • If acceptance, return number to indicate on a note to include in the parcel
  • The delivery label to print and affix to the return parcel (if you chose this option).
  • Our return address (if you have chosen to return the parcel by your own means).

Finally, within 3 business days following the date of receipt of your return parcel, we will refund the returned items. This will be confirmed by email.
