Fluorite in Lithotherapy

Nicknamed"Stone of genius" by lithotherapy practitioners, fluorite (also called fluorine) brings us the clarity of mind, sense of organization and emotional stability we need at key periods of our existence. It is the stone of students and scientists.

Always semi-transparent and luminescent, fluorite exists in a multitude of colors, except black. The most common varieties are green and purple. Most of the time, a single fluorite crystal has several colors arranged in layers. We will focus here on this variety called "Fluorite
multicolored".

Virtues and benefits of fluorite stone.

Fluorite is a very interesting protective stone on the psychic level: it increases our clarity of mind, puts order in our ideas, and stimulates our capacities of learning and synthesis.
Thus freed from pervasive feelings such as the impression of being faced with an impossible mission, we move forward more serenely and look to the future with optimism.

Consumed as an elixir, worn as a jewel or simply handled as part of a relaxation session, multicolored fluorite brings us its detoxifying benefits for the body, and fortifying for the immune system, skin, mucous membranes, teeth and bones.

How to purify and recharge fluorite?

Multicolored fluorite is compatible with all purification and reloading techniques, but is afraid of high temperatures (if more than 40°C, its colors may change). It is a relatively fragile stone, and therefore to be handled with care.
To purify your jewelry or stones rolled into fluorite, the best method is to lay them out for a few hours on a bed of sea salt or Himalayan salt, then wipe them with a clean cloth.
To recharge them with energy, expose them to sunlight for 2 to 3 hours. Fluorite can also recharge when placed on a cluster of rock crystal or amethyst.
