The "Ultimate Relaxation" Roll-on consists of 3 essential oils with soothing properties that facilitate relaxation, or even access to the meditative state:
- Lavender
- Pink
- Vetiver
These essential oils are diluted in the natural oil of vitamin E (Tocopherol) which facilitates application and absorption.
Usage tips :
Apply the roll-on to the inside faces of your 2 wrists. Lightly rub your wrists then bring them to your nostrils to breathe in the aroma of essential oils deeply.
During the following uses, you can try to apply the roll-on on other areas of the body: temples, hollow of the elbows, solar plexus, base of the neck and nape, soles of the feet, etc ...
