How to use
Here's how to use this White Sage fumigation stick:
- Light the end of the stick with a match or lighter.
- As with incense, let it burn for 2 to 3 seconds and then blow on the flame to extinguish it.
- Once the flame is extinguished, smoke rises from the stick and spreads the sweet scent of sage throughout your room.
- Walk through your living space to purify it for a few moments.
- Allow the stick to burn gently in a non-flammable container where the ashes will settle. This combustion should always be done under adult supervision and in a suitably ventilated room.
- When the combustion is complete, check that all embers are extinguished, for example by filling the container with water.

To purify a person, diffuse smoke all around them from their feet to the top of their head, then in front of them and behind them. Repeat this process at least 1 time. The process is the same for purifying an object.
