What is Rooibos?
Rooibos is made from the Aspalathus linearis plant, also known as the "red bush" because of the color of its stems and leaves. It is native to South Africa, specifically the Cederberg Mountain region of the Western Cape province.
Famous for its lack of caffeine, its sweet and earthy flavor, as well as its antioxidant properties, Rooibos has become a beloved drink around the world, especially among those looking for a caffeine-free alternative to traditional tea.
