Necklace with pendant in Larimar and silver chain
Chain length 50cm approximately. Material: hypoallergenic silver metal without nickel. Stone dimensions (excluding ram) 2.5cm x 2cm on average (may vary slightly). Ram diameter 5mm approximately.
This is a natural stone pendant: the size, shape and shades of color may vary compared to the models photographed. The different pendants visible on the 2nd photo testify to the possible variants. The Larimar naturally has inclusions of varying colors (most often gray and white): each pendant is therefore unique!
This necklace consists of a rolled stone in Larimar (also called "Pierre des Atlanteans") of AB quality (origin: Dominican Republic) and a silver chain. The pendant can be worn on another necklace of your choice if you wish.

Get to know Larimar better
Larimar is a stone of great rarity that is only found on the island of Santo Domingo.
Its name is the compression of "Larissa", the name of the daughter of the man who discovered the deposit, and "Mar" which means sea in Spanish.
Larimar was formed about 1 billion years ago through volcanic activity. It therefore contains traces of basalt that can be observed on the stone, in the form of gray inclusions.
Its nickname of "Stone of the Atlanteans" comes from a Caribbean belief that Larimar was the emblematic stone of the inhabitants of Atlantis, before this continent was swallowed up by the waters.
Lithotherapy enthusiasts consider it a stone of serenity : its energy chases away negative emotions such as anger and sadness, to give way to a dynamic and optimistic state of mind.
