A millennial instrument from Africa

Dimensions: diameter 15cm x height about 7cm

Material: coconut, varnished wood and metal blades

Most often, it is called Karimba, Kalimba, Sanza or piano or guitar inch. Enjoy the sound quality of this instrument and its tortoise décor finish natural wood.

The sound box is half a coconut. The keys are metal slats that just slide to tune the instrument.

In addition to being a beautiful, very decorative object, this musical instrument produces a warm sound similar to that of the xylophone, playing it by activating the blades with both thumbs.
