Great statue representing the Buddha weeping, also known as Yogi liberating. Wood carving made entirely by hand.

Dimensions : 25x25cm approx. Weight = 3kg approximately. Material : wood Suar solid (a noble wood to Asia from the family of mahogany).

The story says that the Yogi has the power to liberate us from sadness and worries. Just rub the head in passing on our thoughts, and it will free us of all. According to indian tradition, to offer a Yogi Liberator brings healing to the one who receives it.

This statue is also called the Buddha weeping, in the traditional culture buddhist, because it illustrates one of the noble truths of Buddha : "life is suffering".
