These three traditional wooden accessories will allow you to massage not only the body, but also the face, feet and hands.

How to use these massage accessories?

The "Finch Massager" or "Massage Triangle"

The "Finch Massager" is the bird-shaped accessory with 3 ends that can be used to stimulate the meridians by massaging along the arms and legs. The rounded part (the back of the bird) is intended to massage the acupressure points of the whole body (hands, feet and face) as with a reflexology stick.

This accessory allows you to practice traditional massage, but also reflexology.

The Cross Masseur

This T-shaped accessory, which looks like a small hammer, is mainly used for the message of the feet and hands.

It has 4 ends: the top which forms a fine tip, both sides of the T with a medium tip and another slightly larger, and finally the base of the handle which stimulates wider areas.

Easy to use, the cross massager makes it possible to work the acupuncture points with great precision, which has the effect of thinning the blood and lymphatic circulation.

The hexagonal massage ball

The hexagonal massage ball is a precious massage accessory for the body, but also for the hands.

For body massage: simply rub and roll the ball on the skin, varying the pressure exerted (a soft pressure at first, then stronger as the massage progresses). This has the effect of revitalizing the muscles of the body and relieving muscle pain. Avoid rolling the massage ball over the bones as this can cause an unpleasant sensation.

For hand massage: in this case it is a self-massage. Roll the ball between the 2 hands to stimulate blood circulation, acupuncture points, nerves, and joints. This exercise helps relieve fatigue and numbness, improve flexibility, and soothe hand pain.

With or without massage oil?

These three accessories can be used with or without massage oil, depending on your preference.

For facial massage, we advise not to use oil. For the feet, hands, and the rest of the body, the use of oil is possible and can make the massage more pleasant for very sensitive people.

When using massage oil, remember to clean the accessories with clean water and then dry them with a towel.
