Handcrafted multicolored wooden gecko
Dimensions: length 50 x width 12cm x thickness 0.5cm approximately. Material: exotic wood (albizia) carved and painted by hand.

A gecko? Quèsaco?
This name comes from the Malay "gekoq" which is an onomatopoeia of the cry of the Indonesian gecko.
Otherwise called lizard, margouillat or salamander, it is said in many hot countries that the gecko is a lucky charm because it mainly feeds on harmful insects like mosquitoes!
The gecko has small adhesive strips on its legs that allow it to move on any surface, even upside down!
