How can I be sure that my Christmas shopping will be delivered on time?

It's easy: you can check the guaranteed delivery date on each product page, then when choosing the delivery method.

For each product available in stock that you view on the store, the optimal delivery date is announced.

Click on the date, and you will see details of the different possible delivery methods and their respective prices.

During the order, when you choose the delivery method, click on the different carriers offered, then consult the expected delivery date.

Coco Papaya guarantees that your package will be delivered to you on this date at the latest.

What are the different delivery solutions available?

Economy or express delivery service. Parcel delivered to parcel shops or delivered by hand...

Depending on your address and the contents of your order, several delivery options will be offered to best meet your expectations. For each of these options, you know in advance the delivery date guaranteed by Coco Papaya, as indicated above.

Please note: large packages are not eligible for parcel relay delivery, and can therefore only be delivered by hand. In addition, parcel relay delivery is currently only available in the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.

For one of these reasons, parcel relay delivery may not be available for your basket. Either because an item in your order is too large, or because your delivery country is not covered.

What happens if I receive my order late?

Don't worry: we have planned everything so that this doesn't happen!

Our order preparation team is currently hard at work to ship your order less than 12 hours after you validate your payment. And our carriers collect our shipments daily.
