Content of package : 7 stones rolled in their pouch. Total weight : 30 to 40g approximately. Dimensions of each stone : 2 x 1.5 cm on average.

Receive this package, which consists of 7 stones-rolled natural called the stones of the 7 chakras. Each lot comes in a carry case with a pouch, gift organza and a leaflet with instructions in English.

Each chakra is represented here by a semi-precious stone :

  • le jasper red or obsidian black (depending on availability) for the root chakra,
  • the calcite orange for the sacral chakra,
  • the jasper yellow for the chakra of the solar plexus,
  • theaventurine green , or rose quartz (depending on availability) for the chakra of the heart,
  • the Howlite blue or amazonite (depending on availability) for the throat chakra,
  • the sodalite to the chakra of the 3rd eye,
  • and theamethyst for the crown chakra coronal.

The stones are polished, but may present irregularities natural. Because of this, slight differences in appearance are possible in relation to the photographed models.

Practice a meditation session with the stones of the 7 chakras

To practice a session of meditation, observing the precepts, of the doctrine of Kundalini Yoga, this is the method to follow :

  • Take a time dedicated to relaxation, in a quiet place.
  • Practice a ritual conducive to meditation, such as burning a stick of incense, or making it sound a singing bowl.
  • Then, lie down comfortably on the back.
  • Place each of the stones in this set of 7 chakra on the chakra that corresponds to it.
  • Meditate for 10 to 20 minutes. Focus on the energies flowing around you, and avoid thinking about anything other than what you are doing.
  • Immerse yourself in the meditative state, the deepest possible, and surrender fully to that state of absolute serenity.
  • Once the session is complete, you can remove the stones, purify them and then store them (They will be ready for the next session).
