Handcrafted in the Philippines with Capiz shells (a seashell), this candle holder or candle holder in the shape of an open lotus flower diffuses light in an elegant way thanks to its pearlescent texture.
The orange color of the lotus evokes the second chakra, also called Svadhisthana in the Ayurvedic tradition. This energy center is linked to the vitality of the physical body and mind, but also to sexual energy.
What is the Sacral Chakra?
The Orange Chakra, also known as the Sacral Chakra or Svadhisthana, is the second of our 7 main chakras. It is located in the lower abdomen region, between the pubis and the navel.
This chakra regulates the vitality of the body, mind, as well as creative and sexual energy. It is therefore essential for the expression of creativity, sensuality, and helps to balance the management of emotions.
An underactive Svadhisthana chakra can lead to a lack of libido, creativity, and even a feeling of emotional emptiness. In contrast, an overactive Svadhisthana chakra can cause excess sexual energy, permanent restlessness of body and mind, and feelings of emotional instability.
