How do sing your bowl ?

Sit in a comfortable position and place the bowl in your palm of extended left hand if you are right handed and the reverse if you are left-handed. Your fingers should not touch the edges of the bowl so as not to block the sound. Hold the stick (or mallet) by the thinnest part, and ring the bowl, hitting gently the stick at the edge of the bowl.

Another method is to blackmail the bowl by turning the mallet against and around its border, which requires a certain amount of pressure during the movement. This method is recommended for the more experienced.

It is in the palm of the hand that are all organs of the body. It is for this reason that singing the bowl in this location allows you to maximize its effects.
