Selenite and Lithotherapy

Selenite is a variety of gypsum available in large quantities on our beautiful planet. Easy to extract and polish, and therefore inexpensive, it is an ideal stone to learn lithotherapy.

Traditionally associated with the crown chakra, selenite contributes to psychic and spiritual balance.

It provides a feeling of appeasement to its wearer and cleanses the environment around it. It is therefore particularly recommended for people who are having difficulty recovering from an emotionally distressing shock.

Practitioners also advise it in case of sleep disorders (insomnia, untimely awakenings ...). Many testimonies indicate that in combination with amethyst, selenite placed near the bed (on the bedside table for example) would significantly improve the quality of sleep.

Selenite is also interesting for its ability to develop our clairvoyance faculties : whether as part of introspection, or for mediumistic activities, it opens our third eye and therefore helps us to advance more serenely in our spiritual quests.

The Tree of Life is a universal symbol present in many religions and beliefs, and it is easy to understand why: with its roots anchored in the ground and its branches facing the sky, it symbolizes the link between earth and heaven, the living and the beyond. It is, in itself, a metaphor for our life path, from a young shoot in full learning to a majestic tree full of wisdom.
