Ganesh's Story
The major god of the Hindu religion, Ganesh is the son of Shiva. Legend has it that one day, while returning from a long and tiring battle, Shiva did not recognize Ganesh, his own son, on his way home. In a gesture of anger, Shiva cut off his son's head with a single sword. But, seeing his wife Parvati crying, Shiva quickly realized that he had made a huge mistake! So he sent his army to look for a spare head for his son and said to them "Take the head of the first living being you will meet on your way"...
