Coco Papaya, a long-time love affair with the world's handcrafters.

Based in Boulogne-sur-Mer, on the Côte d'opale (Pas-de-Calais, North of France), Coco-Papaya is the main branch of Internova LLC, a human-sized 4 people company. We have 14 years of experience in the direct import of handcrafted products from everywhere in the world. Our craftsmen partners are truly gifted in their respective specialties, such as : wood or stone carving, the foundry (bronze sculptures), the weaving of plant materials (rattan, seagrass, water jacynth...), the bamboo & coconut crafts, textile techniques like batik, jewelry, and much more ! We are proud to offer here a multitude of handcrafted products that we're proud to promote.

Our history began with travel and tourism in South-east Asia : Indonesia (Bali, Java), Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam ; in Africa : Senegal, Madagascar, etc... All the members of the founder family have been absolutely captivated by the incredible diversity of the handicrafts of these regions.

It is therefore quite natural that this passion for travel and discovering new horizons has resulted in a professional project ! We first opened 3 locations on the coastline of the Opal coast. But since 2013, we have decided to focus solely on e-commerce with our Coco Papaya brand that is more and more successfull all over Europe. Our ambition is to make Coco Papaya the largest online shop dedicated to the handicrafts of the world and alternative trade. Since the beginning of Coco Papaya, we have served more than 25,000 clients and sent over 30,000 packages in Europe and even Overseas. And it 's going on and on every day !

	Ophelie, also called "The traveller" Co-founder and manager of the company, Ophelia clings to the remotest areas of our beautiful planet, to find talented craftsmen. Logistician-notch, she's also in charge of the delivery of all goods to our warehouse of Samer, near Boulogne-sur-Mer. Direct descendant of Shiva, she has at least 4 arms and 4 legs, which allows her to do many many things at the same time.
	Maxime, aka "Mr Postman" He's the latest member of the team ! Maxime is in charge of the warehouse and shipments. He's the one who pampers your products as soon as they're out of the containers. He then arranges them neatly in our shelves. He's also in charge of preparing all the parcels, what he does with an incredible know-how that makes Amazan, Zalindo and others very jalous ! But he's chained to his workshop, so he cannot escape !
	Aurélien, known as "The geek" All the texts, photos, graphic creations... He is the official content supplier of Coco Papaya. Needless to say that he spends a great part of his life in front of a screen ! Sometimes, he is so absorbed in his work that he no longer hears what is happening around him and does not answer our questions... We've even already seen him giving hugs to his mouse !
