Produit impeccable
Le produit est nickel. Un gros bémol sur l'emballage qui est inadapté aux conditions de transports actuelles. Le carton était ouvert et le produit aurait pu être éjecté de celui-ci. .

Concernant votre remarque sur l'emballage, nous sommes assez étonnés. Nous utilisons justement des emballages renforcés (carton ondulé double cannelure) pour protéger du mieux possible nos envois.
Mais il est vrai que les transporteurs sont souvent très "brutaux" lors du transport des colis et que ceux-ci peuvent parfois subir des chocs importants, particulièrement en cette période de fin d'année où le trafic de colis est largement supérieur à la normale.
Nous tenons compte de votre remarque afin d'améliorer encore nos modes de fonctionnement.
