Also known as the "monumental pole," this totem pole is inspired by installations created by indigenous peoples on the northwest coast of the United States. Je suis ravi de mon achat, j’aimerais savoir la provenance exacte de ce totem ayant vécu aux États-Unis, je pense qu’il ne vient pas de là-bas, mais l’inspiration est très bien je suis de clan du loup .
tres beau mais les ailes ne s'emboitent pas
les ailes ne s'emboitent pas bien, elles tombent .Le service client m'a répondu qu'il faut les coller. Pas sérieux quand c'est un cadeau....difficile de le dire cela gâche l'effet . Nous comprenons votre déception concernant les ailes du totem et nous en excusons. Les produits artisanaux peuvent parfois présenter de petites imperfections, mais nous avons des solutions simples à vous proposer pour résoudre ce problème. Les ailes du totem sont fabriquées sur mesure et il est possible qu'elles ne s'emboîtent parfaitement en raison de la contraction naturelle du bois. Voici deux solutions faciles à mettre en œuvre : 1/ Ajout de Papier : Insérez un petit morceau de papier dans le logement de chaque aile. Cette petite épaisseur de papier compensera la contraction du bois. Cette astuce simple permet de fixer ailes de manière invisible, tout en les gardant détachables si besoin. 2/ Collage : Une fois le totem livré, vous pouvez coller les ailes définitivement avec de la colle à bois. Cette solution est également totalement invisible et assure une fixation durable. Ces deux solutions ont été testées et validées : elles fonctionnent à tous les coups ! Nous comprenons que ces ajustements puissent sembler inattendus, mais ils sont normaux pour des produits artisanaux fabriqués avec des matériaux vivants, comme le bois. En contrepartie, vous bénéficiez d'un objet unique et authentique, impossible à reproduire industriellement. Nous restons à votre disposition pour toute assistance supplémentaire.
