- Material: solid Suar wood, known for its robustness and beautiful natural patterns. Wood from forests planted and managed by an environmental protection organization.
- Handcrafted creation: natural imperfections in wood are normal characteristics (cracks, irregularities, etc.), each statue is unique and may therefore have differences from the model photographed.
This totem, inspired by the Tiki Kanaloa, is a handcrafted wooden creation, entirely hand-carved. The piercing gaze of the Tiki and the meticulous details make it an exceptional piece that will bring a touch of exoticism to your decoration.
Will you find a place for it in the house or in the garden?
- Indoors : no special maintenance. You can optionally varnish it to darken its color, or give it a shinier appearance.
- Outdoors : it will develop a patina over time and may crack in places. It will take on a very trendy "driftwood" shade. After a few years, it will really look like the giant Tikis you see on the beaches of Hawaii... If you prefer the statue to retain its original appearance, you can slow down this aging phenomenon by applying a high-protection stain to the wood, and renewing it regularly (every 2 to 5 years approximately).
