Lot of 6 small black cats lucky charm Maneki Neko.

Several legends tell the story of this cat. One of them takes us to Tokyo. A Geisha ran a tea house "the golden cat" there, and business was pretty bad there. admirer offered him a large sum of money. But it was stolen money! After giving it to him, he threw himself into the Sumida river. Dazzled by this proof of love, the Geisha followed him to death. This double suicide made the establishment very popular and flourishing, and the shopkeepers got the idea of using the cat as a symbol of fortune.

The maneki neko are therefore, whatever their color, symbols of fortunes. But blacks are also believed to bring health and ward off evil spirits. They are especially popular with women because they are believed to ward off abusers.

Each little cat has a different symbol: we find in particular the Feng Shui Chinese fortune coin and the gold ingot (symbols of fortune and prosperity) or Chinese calligraphy.
