How to use this home fragrance extract?

The patchouli extract is a very powerful liquid concentrate: a few drops diluted in water are enough to lastingly perfume a room. A 15ml bottle dilutes in approximately 100 to 150ml of water, depending on the desired intensity and diffusion method. Start with a small amount, you can always add more if you wish to strengthen the scent.

Compatible diffusion methods

• Candle oil burner: pour a little water into the dish, add a few drops of extract, place a tealight candle underneath. The heat gradually releases the fragrance into the air.
• Electric gentle heat diffuser: a few drops of extract mixed with water in the receptacle. Never the extract alone.
• Ultrasonic diffuser / mister: a few drops in the water-filled reservoir, according to your device's recommendations.
• Capillary diffusion (reed sticks): fill the bottle with water, add the extract, let the reeds absorb the mixture and diffuse the fragrance continuously.
• Indoor fountain: a few drops diluted in the fountain water. The perpetual flow releases fragrant particles into the ambient air.
• Car fragrance diffuser (blotter or clip): the extract can here be used undiluted, by placing a few drops on the blotter.
• Diffuser jewelry, porous stones, potpourri: a few undiluted drops on the chosen support. The scent evaporates slowly.
• Homemade scented sprays or candles: an extract diluted in water allows you to fill a spray of approximately 100 to 150ml. For candles, take into account the flash point (approximately 80°C for this fragrance) to ensure safe practice.

Tips and advice
