Guaranteed delivery before Christmas
Coco Papaya announces the delivery date of your order!
To find out the delivery date of an item you plan to order on our online store, simply click on this button located below the sale price, on the description page of each item:

Coco Papaya guarantees that your package will be delivered within the advertised time of the delivery method you have selected.
Thanks to our super fast delivery options, it is even possible to place an order until December 19 (before noon) in which case you will receive your package on December 24. Please note that express delivery services incur an additional shipping cost, the amount of which is calculated according to the weight of the order.
If your package is delivered late (after December 24, 2024), we will offer you a gesture of goodwill as compensation, such as:
- Reimbursement of delivery costs paid
- Free return of your order (prepaid return label provided by us)
- or a voucher to be deducted from your next order

Extended returns
Even Santa can sometimes make mistakes!
For all orders placed on our online store between December 3 and December 24, 2024, the withdrawal period is extended until at least January 5, 2025 inclusive.
Example 1: for an order placed on December 10 and delivered on December 16, 2024, it will be possible to send us a return request until January 5, 2024 inclusive. The usual withdrawal period (15 calendar days from the date of delivery) is therefore extended by 5 days.
Example 2: for an order placed on December 17 and delivered on December 23, 2024, it will be possible to send us a return request until January 7, 2024 inclusive. In this case, the usual withdrawal period (15 calendar days from the date of delivery) applies as it is the most advantageous for the customer.
The other terms of our returns policy remain unchanged.
