The Suar wood used for this sculpture is a noble exotic wood with a very nuanced, veined blond/beige hue. The wood has been waxed to obtain this attractive brown color.
In Indonesia, the government has launched a major national Suar planting program, as this tree offers outstanding qualities:

Produit d'excellente qualité. Mais malgré les précautions prises pour l'emballage, il est arrivé cassé sur l'extrémité en bas à gauche. Donc l'emballage n'était probablement pas suffisant. Je n'ai pas eu le courage ni l'envie de le renvoyer, je l'ai accepté comme il est après un collage de camouflage. Un clin d'oeil de la vie. Finalement, c'est un secret entre lui et moi lol ! Je recommande.
